Thom is an exchange architect with a combined 30 years of experience across US and Asian Exchange and Regulatory frameworks, with a focus on the development of Exchange-traded Futures, Digital and OTC products. He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of AirCarbon Exchange (ACX), a global digital carbon exchange. His experience in exchange architecture and strategic development includes building and running NYMEX Asia and the Singapore Mercantile Exchange. Thom is also the former chairman of the Digital Exchange Association.
